In today's fast-paced world, taking a moment to breathe, to reflect, and to seek support can make all the difference. At Three Point Support, we understand the unique challenges faced by creatives. 

Three Point Support ensures that our service users receive professional and timely support to better care through registered health practitioners who are competent and trustworthy.

We provide confidential, accessible mental health support through our Mental Health and Wellbeing in-person, phoneline, messaging and launching 2024 our app! Our service is lead by BACP accredited therapists who have expertise and experience of those being in the creative industry. We also host workshops and events inline with key mental health and wellbeing awareness days.

In the realm of creative industries, unique stressors and challenges arise. We recognize these specific hurdles, especially for those who are ambitious yet find the path daunting due to mental health concerns. That's why we created Three Point Support.
